<p>But until today, I hadn&#8217;t heard of a successful initiative that paid students to study.   In Atlanta, 35 students that were barely passing school were paid $8 an hour to study. <a href="http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/metro/stories/2008/05/16/study_0514.html" target="_blank">Click here</a> to learn more.</p>
